Enhance Your Message and Engage Your Audience with Custom PowerPoint Animation
Good animation helps an audience follow an idea as it unfolds. A chart that builds one bar at a time, a process revealed step by step, a product introduced with a bit of movement: each one makes the point easier to take in than a static slide would.
I create animated presentations natively in PowerPoint, so they play from any laptop without extra software. Your team can still edit the text and figures underneath, and the animation keeps working.
Where animated presentations work best
In a live presentation, animation controls the pace. Your audience sees each point as you talk about it, rather than reading ahead while you're still on the first line. It works especially well for data, timelines and anything with a sequence.
Animated slides can also be exported as a video, ready to loop on a screen at an event or reception, or to share on LinkedIn and in internal updates. You get one file that works both in the room and online.
Animation with restraint
The quickest way to lose a room is to make every slide fly in and spin. I use motion only where it helps the message, with consistent timing and transitions that match your brand, so the presentation feels considered from start to finish.
I can design an animated presentation from scratch or add animation to a deck you already have.
Created in PowerPoint
Many animated presentations are made in video software such as After Effects, which means only a motion designer can change them. Every updated figure or new headline goes back to the designer as a new request.
I build every animation directly in PowerPoint. The file opens on any computer with PowerPoint; your team can edit the content without touching the animation, and nothing needs to be re-rendered when the numbers change before a meeting.
How an animation project runs
Brief. You send your content or existing deck and tell me where and how it will be shown.
Storyboard. I plan which slides need movement and how each point should build, so we agree on the approach before I animate anything.
Animation. I build the animations in PowerPoint, and we review them together, adjusting the timing where needed.
Handover. You receive the editable PowerPoint file, plus a video version if you need one for screens or social media.

Questions about PowerPoint animation
1. Do we need any special software to play the presentation?
Do we need any special software to play the presentation?
2. Can you animate a presentation we already have?
Yes. I can add animation to your existing deck, tidying the design where it helps the motion work.
3. Can I get a video version as well?
Yes. I can export the presentation as a video file, ready to loop on screens at events or to share on LinkedIn.
4. Will the animations work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. I test the file on the setup you'll be presenting from, so there are no surprises on the day.
5. Can you add a voiceover?
Yes. I can add narration timed to the animation, using either a recording of your own voice or a professional AI voice. It works especially well for video versions shared online or played at events without a presenter.
